By using our services you are confirming to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned here and agree that your services will be terminated immediately without any notice if any of the term/condition is violated.

1. ITR’s HDS servers should be used for legal and lawful purposes only.
2. Data containing anything which violates or helps in violating any law or regulation is not permitted.
3. Data pertaining to any copyrighted matter, trademarks, intellectual property rights (without proper authorization) or any kind of unlawful material is not allowed.
4. Adult contents, gambling or betting sites are not allowed. Any thing/activity causing adverse impact on human health or character is prohibitted including drugs, alcohol etc.
5. Users should not try to breach network/server security.
6. Unauthorized access, detection of system security/authentication measures, data or traffic or any kind of interference with the service, user, host or network is not allowed.
7. Any type of attacks, hacking to the service/host/user is not allowed.
8. Using our servers to hack/crack any other website/server/host/user is prohibited.
9. Storing any hacking/cracking/illegal/pirated software is not allowed.
10. IRC/Chat rooms not allowed.
11. ITR reserves the right to monitor applications for excessive use of system resources and then undertake remedial action to curb the over use of resources. In extreme and rare cases this could result in the shutdown of an application.
12. Any application which adversely impacts the performance of our HDS server or network security will be shutdown without any prior notice.
13. Spam emails (sending unsolicited bulk messages) using ITR’s HDS servers is strictly prohibited.
14. Any contents containing sensitive data (credit card number etc) is not allowed.
15. Any contents related to terrorist activities is not allowed.
16. A workspace can be cancelled by contacting the HDS Administrator.
17. ITR will be the sole arbitrator in case of any disputes.
18. ITR reserves full rights to change/add/delete contents to its terms and condition without any notice.
19. ITR reserves full rights to accept/refuse its services to any one.
20. Information submitted by a users will not be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.
