The most exciting new&amp;nbsp;feature is &amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/db/apex/r41/dataload/dataload.htm" target="_blank"&gt;Data Upload&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;nbsp; where developers &amp;nbsp;can easily add the capability for end user to load data into existing table within &amp;nbsp;an application. Other features such the use of ROWID for updates, inserts and deletes as an alternative to&amp;nbsp;specifying&amp;nbsp;primary key are also supported.&lt;/p&gt;
